1. About MockPoint
MockPoint is an independent online IELTS preparation platform operated by an individual. We are not affiliated with the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English, and our tests are not official IELTS examinations.
2. Service Description
MockPoint provides simulated IELTS Academic mock tests for practice purposes only. Each test includes:
A Listening section (40 questions, ~30 minutes)
A Reading section (40 questions, 60 minutes)
A Writing section (Task 1 + Task 2, 60 minutes)
AI-powered Writing evaluation with band scores and feedback
A review mode showing correct answers after submission
3. Purchasing & Credentials
Access to each test is provided via a one-time credential (login + password). By purchasing:
You receive a unique login and password valid for one test attempt
Your credential becomes inactive after you submit the test
Credentials do not expire before submission — you may start the test at any time
Each credential is personal and must not be shared with others
4. Payment & Refunds
⚠️ All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once credentials have been issued and the test has been started.
Payments are accepted via direct card transfer. After transferring, you must send proof of payment (receipt screenshot) in our purchase chat. Credentials are issued manually after payment confirmation.
If credentials were issued but the test has not been started, you may contact us to request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Share, sell, or transfer your credentials to another person
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
Attempt to access other users' test data or results
Copy, redistribute, or republish test content including questions and passages
Reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform's functionality
6. Intellectual Property
All test content on MockPoint, including questions, passages, audio recordings, and writing prompts, is the property of MockPoint or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Cambridge IELTS test materials used in our Practice section are from published Cambridge University Press books for educational purposes.
7. AI Writing Evaluation
Writing tasks are evaluated by AI (Claude by Anthropic). The band scores and feedback provided are for guidance only and may not exactly match official IELTS examiner scores. MockPoint makes no guarantee of the accuracy of AI-generated assessments.
8. Disclaimers
MockPoint tests are for practice only and do not predict official IELTS scores
Band scores are estimates based on standard IELTS conversion tables
Service availability is not guaranteed — we may perform maintenance at any time
We are not responsible for technical issues on the user's device or internet connection
9. Limitation of Liability
MockPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or reliance on AI-generated scores.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. To'lov va Qaytarish
⚠️ Barcha to'lovlar yakuniy hisoblanadi. Ma'lumotlar berilgandan va test boshlangandan so'ng qaytarish amalga oshirilmaydi.
To'lovlar to'g'ridan-to'g'ri karta o'tkazmassi orqali qabul qilinadi. O'tkazmadan so'ng siz sotib olish chatida to'lov tasdig'ini (chek skrinshotini) yuborishingiz kerak.
Agar ma'lumotlar berilgan bo'lsa, lekin test boshlanmagan bo'lsa, sotib olishdan 7 kun ichida qaytarish yoki almashtirish uchun biz bilan bog'laning.
5. Ruxsat Etilgan Foydalanish
Siz quyidagilarni amalga oshirmaslikka rozilik bildirasiz:
Ma'lumotlaringizni boshqa shaxsga berish, sotish yoki o'tkazish
Platformaga botlar yoki skriptlar orqali murojaat qilish
Boshqa foydalanuvchilarning test ma'lumotlariga kirish

6. AI Yozishni Baholash
Yozish vazifalari AI (Anthropic tomonidan yaratilgan Claude) tomonidan baholanadi. Berilgan band ballar va fikr-mulohazalar faqat yo'nalish uchun bo'lib, rasmiy IELTS bahosi bilan mos kelmasligi mumkin.

Данные не имеют срока действия до отправки теста
Учётные данные являются личными и не подлежат передаче
4. Оплата и возврат
⚠️ Все платежи являются окончательными. Возврат не производится после выдачи учётных данных и начала теста.
Оплата принимается прямым переводом на карту. После перевода необходимо отправить подтверждение оплаты в чат покупки.
Если данные выданы, но тест не начат, вы можете обратиться за возвратом или обменом в течение 7 дней с момента покупки.
5. Допустимое использование
Вы соглашаетесь не:
Передавать, продавать или делиться учётными данными
Использовать автоматизированные инструменты или скрипты
Копировать или распространять содержимое тестов
Получать доступ к данным других пользователей
6. Оценка письма ИИ
Письменные задания оцениваются ИИ (Claude от Anthropic). Баллы и обратная связь носят ориентировочный характер и могут не совпадать с официальными оценками экзаменатора IELTS.
7. Ограничение ответственности
Тесты MockPoint предназначены только для практики
